Community Event Calendar Terms & Conditions

• The person submitting event information for consideration is an authorized representative of the organization hosting the event. 
• The event and information provided may be shared with LOC partners &/or may be shared across any LOC platform, including social media channels, newsletters, or other mechanisms the LOC uses to push out information to the public. 
• Submitting an event for consideration does not guarantee placement on our website, community calendar, social media channels, newsletter, or other mechanisms the LOC uses to push out information to the public. 
• If an event is selected to be shared by LOC, two weeks lead time is preferred for the LOC to review requests. You may submit with less than two weeks' notice, but the LOC cannot guarantee review within that timeframe. 
• Events with the following will not be accepted for review:   
  
  • Discriminatory content  
  • Illegal content or activity  
  • Political or religious events  
  • Commercial advertisements or sales promotions that conflict with FIFA commercial partners.
• LOC staff reserves the right to edit any information submitted for length, clarity, language, etc.   
• The event must take place in Washington State  
• The event must be open to the public  
• Event must show community benefit  
• Event must not conflict with any major LOC activation or activation of LOC partners 
• Event must not conflict with any FIFA commercial partners. (see a full list in the footer of FIFA World Cup 26 Website.)
