Seattle Transportation Options

King County Metro

The primary bus agency for Seattle & King County, operating a vast network of buses, vanpools, water taxis, paratransit, and operates the Seattle Streetcar.

Sound Transit

The regional transit agency that operates Link light rail, Sounder commuter rail, and Sound Transit Express buses across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

Community Transit

Operates bus, vanpool, and paratransit services in Snohomish County, including the cities of Lynnwood and Everett.

Kitsap Transit

Serves Kitsap County with bus service and offers foot ferry connections to Seattle.

Pierce Transit

Operates bus, vanpool, and paratransit services in Pierce County, including the city of Tacoma.

Downtown Circulator Bus

Service will connect Seattle Stadium to Seattle Center, and major tourist attractions in between. Route is still being finalized.

Streetcar

The Seattle Streetcar consists of two separate lines, the South Lake Union Line and the First Hill Line, which connect downtown to surrounding neighborhoods and other transit hubs.
