Visit Seattle Offers Certified Tourism Ambassador Training Prior to FIFA World Cup Kickoff!

Our partners at Visit Seattle are offering hospitality industry professionals, community volunteers, and anyone in the travel and tourism industry opportunities to earn a Certified Tourism Ambassador credential. This national accreditation provides the resources and skills to create a more memorable visitor experience, while encouraging repeat business and turning visitors into advocates.

Learn more and register here.Training consists of reading assignments, a half-day classroom session, and open book exam. Cost is a one time $45 fee.  There are classes offered April 9 and May 18 in the run up to the FIFA World Cup kickoff.
