Seattle Launches Inclusion Training Initiative to Build a More Welcoming Washington

As Seattle prepares to welcome the world for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, SeattleFWC26 has partnered with GSBA—Washington’s LGBTQ+ and allied chamber of commerce—to launch a statewide Inclusion Training Initiative designed to ensure every fan, visitor, resident, and worker feels safe, respected, and welcomed.
Rooted in extensive community input and guidance from the Pride + Match Impact Council, this initiative equips local businesses, non-profits, and community organizations with tools to strengthen LGBTQ+ inclusion across customer service, workplace culture, and community engagement.
