An Opportunity to Cheer On USWNT

Seattle FWC26, the local organizing committee for FIFA World Cup 26™, is teaming up with the OL Reign, Sounders FC, the Rave Foundation, and many others to bring a unique fan viewing experience for the upcoming Women’s World Cup Tournament. Fans from Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane will get a chance to watch the USWNT at three World Cup Watch Parties.

All events are for all ages and free to the public. Food and drinks will be available for purchase with player appearances, games, and giveaways to enhance the fan experience.

The Seattle Center Armory will kick off the Watch Party activities on Friday, July 21 when the USWNT launches its World Cup campaign with a match against Vietnam. The event starts at 5:00 p.m. with kickoff scheduled for 6:00 p.m. CHECQ Bite of Seattle and Fox 13 join the Seattle FWC26 local organizing committee, the Rave Foundation, and Sounders FC as sponsors of the event.

On Wednesday, July 26, the USWNT second group stage will feature a highly anticipated match against the Netherlands. Three watch parties will take place in Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane with additional watch locations at statewide breweries and pubs.

The Seattle event, which will be hosted by the Downtown Seattle Association, will feature OL Reign, Sounders FC, Ballard FC, and the Rave Foundation and will be held at Westlake

Park with a start time of 4:30 p.m. PT. Kick is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT. The watch party will have player appearances from OL Reign forwards Jadyn Edwards and McKenzie Weinert.

The Tacoma event will be held at the Emerald Queen Casino Events Center and begins at 5:00 p.m. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT. Former Sounders and current team broadcasters Steve Zakuani and Lamar Neagle will headline the event. All minors must enter through the EQC valet entrance and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The watch party will be hosted by EQC featuring OL Reign and Sounders FC team ambassadors.

The Spokane event begins at 5:00 p.m. PT. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT at Brick West Brewing Company, featuring Rave Foundation, Sounders FC, and OL Reign. Former Sounder and current club Brand Ambassador Brad Evans will be in attendance.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot and enjoy pre-match coverage at all the watch parties.
